This will be a casual role 35+ hoursper week, with more hours available with fill in work.Daytime hoursThis is a causal role and rate with weekend penalty ratesWork within a small team, Head Chef and Sous Chef + two other team membersSkills & Experience:A back ground in breakfast and lunch is preferredProven ability to confidently run the pass or grill during bust periodsProven experience in working with a teamMust be able to work independently and be organisedThe ability to produce high quality food while enjoying a bit of banterWhat we require:Available to start within a reasonable timeframePunctual and reliable- with a small team, this is crucialFlexible in availabilityUnderstand Australian cafe culture, fancy coffee and everyday brunchingPassion & creativity.
