We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user, office infrastructure,
asset management, and project-based support.
The role involves troubleshooting, device
lifecycle management, office IT infrastructure support, inventory management, and
coordination with remote technical teams and third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
End-User Support
Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
Provision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues.
Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams.
Office Infrastructure Support
Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and
workplace technologies.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, and related
Assist with smart office solutions, digital signage, and conference room technologies.
Coordinate with vendors and support scheduled maintenance activities.
Asset Management
Receive, register, label, image, deploy, track, and maintain IT assets.
Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records.
Coordinate warranty repairs, device redeployment, disposal, and stock management.
Ensure compliance with asset management policies and audit requirements.
Project & Site Support
Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations, and infrastructure
projects.
Assist with business events, demonstrations, and technology deployments.
Provide remote hands support and escort third-party vendors when required.
Required Skills
Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and office IT infrastructure.
Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, access points).
