Working alongside Physiotherapists and Allied Health Professionals, you'll deliver fun, safe and meaningful exercise programs that help residents move with confidence.From running functional fitness groups and leading re-enablement activities, to providing personalised 1:1 support, your work will be central to promoting wellbeing.
You'll also take the lead in coordinating our wellness gyms, ensuring equipment is used safely, programs are engaging, and residents feel supported and motivated.This is an incredible chance to be part of a progressive, client-focused organisation where your ideas matter, your development is prioritised, and your work genuinely changes lives.Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (specialising in Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy) or equivalent such as Certificate III or IV in FitnessExperience in physiotherapy assistanceHave knowledge of anatomy and physiology to support safe and effective exercise within the aging populationA warm, friendly and empathic approach with a passion for Aged CareStrong computer literacy and numeracy skills are essentialComputer literacy skills such as using mobile devices and web applications a mustAbility to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and complete activities (including the ability to work within the scope of practice and seek assistance when required)
