We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators.

Working in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure high-quality products are manufactured safely and efficiently.

This role is ideal for candidates who can work efficiently in a high-volume setting, follow instructions accurately, and adapt to changing operational requirements.

Your role may include:
Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
Set up machines and complete product changeovers as required.
Monitor product quality and carry out routine quality inspections.
Pack finished products and prepare orders for dispatch.
Identify and report machine faults or production issues.
Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with minor machine adjustments.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS),



quality and company procedures.
Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily production targets.

Skills & Experience
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
Valuable mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable with a solid work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Comfortable performing repetitive manual handling tasks.
Able to lift up to 20kg safely.
Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.
