ensuring a positive customer experienceFollow all safety protocols, building codes, and compliance requirementsRecord job details accurately using job management softwareManage tools, equipment, and company vehicle to a high standardWork closely with the service team to prioritise jobs and meet performance targetsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Proven experience in commercial property maintenance, including areas such as:Metal works / fabricationCarpentryPaintingWorking at heightsLandscaping and minor concretingStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficientlyA high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipSound knowledge of safety practices and regulatory complianceAbility to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specificationsA proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsExperience using job management or scheduling systemsA valid Australian driver's licenceWhy Join Us?
