We have a strong, loyal customer base and a focus on quality.About the RoleYou'll be responsible for:Icing and decorating cakes, cupcakes, slices, and brownies for our stores and wholesale customersCreating custom and multi-layered celebration cakesPreparing icings, buttercreams, ganache, and fillingsMaintaining food safety (WHS & HACCP) standardsShifts start from 2pm, with weekend work required.Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar roleAbility to work quickly and accurately at scaleAble to work both independently and in a teamReliable, motivated, and hardworkingWhat We OfferWork with a skilled and supportive teamHigh-quality ingredients (all scratch baking – no premixes)Outstanding kitchen facilities and equipmentCompetitive pay and conditionsRequirementsMust have strong decorating experience with pallet knife skills and piping skills.Pastry chef qualifications are a bonus, but not essential with strong experienceLocation:Albion
