You'll be involved in every stage of construction, working closely with our project managers, foremen and directors to deliver some of Melbourne's highest-quality homes.About the RoleYou'll be responsible for:High-end carpentry and detailed finishesReading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawingsCoordinating and mentoring apprenticesWorking alongside subcontractors and helping manage site activitiesPlanning works ahead to ensure projects run efficientlyIdentifying issues before they become problemsMaintaining exceptional quality and presentation on siteWe're looking for someone who:Has experience across residential constructionIs proficient using power tools and construction equipmentUnderstands construction beyond carpentry (structural works, waterproofing, services coordination, finishes, etc.)Can read plansHas excellent problem‐solving skillsHas robust communication and leadership qualitiesTakes pride in producing exceptional workIf you're looking for somewhere you can build a career—not just another job—we'd love to hear from you.
