We are looking for a confident nurse who can demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for the functionality of our Treatment Room.Duties & Responsibilities:Following up on patient results and recallsConducting health assessments and care plansCo-ordinate & facilitate treatment room- including stock control of all equipment and vaccinesImmunisations – adult & childWound managementAssisting doctors with minor proceduresMaintaining cold chain management systemsPatient history enhancementGeneral Practice Experience at least 12MonthsCurrent registration with APRHAAbility to work independently or part of a teamDemonstrate confidentiality with patient and clinical informationBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
