MASIRATNA AUSTRALIA PTY LTD – Melbourne VICJob Type: Permanent position | Full time positionJob DescriptionSalary $85,000 – $95,000 per yearAbout the roleConduct one-on-one counselling sessions to address students' academic, personal, and cultural challengesDevelop and deliver tailored support programs to help students achieve their educational goalsCollaborate with faculty and administrative staff to monitor student progress and identify early intervention opportunitiesOrganise and facilitate workshops and information sessions on topics such as study skills, time management, and mental healthServe as a trusted advisor, guiding students through the complexities of adjusting to life and study in AustraliaMaintain detailed records and provide regular reporting on student progress and engagementContribute to the continuous improvement of student support services and policiesWhat we're looking forDegree qualification in counselling, psychology, or a related field (preferred)5+ years of experience working in a student services or higher education environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills,
