This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and brings a proactive, can-do attitude to every interaction.
You'll work closely with internal teams and onsite operations to ensure our customers receive exceptional service and support.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain solid relationships with chefs, buyers, and retail partners.Oversee daily account activity, orders, and service needs.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Identify opportunities to improve service and strengthen partnerships.Maintain clean,



organised account records and reporting.What You'll NeedAt least 3 years of account management experience (food, FMCG, hospitality, or similar preferred).
