You'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with internal teams to support product development, deployment, and ongoing operational excellenceWhat you'll be doing:Conduct thorough test planning, define test cases and scenarios & provide feedback and contribute to process improvementsBuild and maintain automated tests using PlaywrightEnsure products meet compliance requirements before releaseActively participate in product team projects across all stages of the development lifecycleAct as a first point of contact, you will resolve escalated issues, bugs, and queries across all BGL Internal Products efficiently with commitment on quality outcomesAssist other teams with ad hoc requirements such as reportingWhat we're looking forA tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field is preferred but not essential.
