Job Type: Permanent position | Full time positionJob DescriptionOMNI PACKAGING PTY LTD JOB DESCRIPTION As an Electronics Trades Worker at Omni Packaging Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for the installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of electronic and communication equipment used in packaging operations and industrial processes.
The role involves working closely with technical teams to ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably, identifying and troubleshooting faults, and carrying out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
You will ensure all systems comply with safety standards and operational requirements, while supporting continuous improvement by assisting in the upgrade and optimisation of existing equipment.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSetting up and installing machinery,providing troubleshooting support to technicians & customers,Work in a qualified and safe manner at all time and maintain all relevant OH&S; requirementsMaintaining and repairing parts systems,providing pro-active servicing to customers offsite & ensuring all machinery in house is in full working order.Installing electronic instruments and controls systems to specialised pallet wrapping machinery and other machineryTesting machinery for diagnostics, and repairing parts and wiring and electronic partsTraining and advising users and customers on correct and safe operating procedures of the machineryEnsure all activities are completed in a timely manner and liaise closely with other key stakeholders within the organization,
