This role plays a key part in leading teams, driving safety, improving performance and embedding continuous improvement practices.Working closely with the OPEX Line Lead, you will provide hands-on leadership, coach teams, and ensure consistent execution of daily management systems.Lead, coach and support line teams to drive safety, delivery and team performanceSupport Daily Direction Setting (DDS)



and drive continuous improvement initiativesOversee production activities, including planning, materials and product qualityDrive incident elimination and problem-solving to reduce losses and improve efficiencyExecute and support Daily Management Systems (DMS), CIL and safety processes (BOS)Partner with WHS to identify hazards and implement corrective and preventative actionsAct as a key point of contact for operations across night and weekend shiftsWhat you'll bringStrong leadership and coaching experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environmentPassion for safety, continuous improvement and team developmentExperience with lean, OPEX or similar systems highly regardedStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work a rotating 24/7 rosterWhy Noumi?
