Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Household Living Coach to lead person-centred care within our homes. You will coach Homemakers and care teams, strengthening everyday practice through education and mentoring, while ensuring residents’ choices and wellbeing remain at the centre of all care.
You will be highly visible in households, building team capability, upholding Uniting's values, and collaborating to deliver seamless, resident-focused services with ongoing performance reviews and ethical conduct.
