Working closely with our Site Supervisors, you will help coordinate day‐to‐day site activity, maintain high standards of safety and presentation, and ensure trades, materials and work packages remain organised and on schedule.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates confidently with trades and supervisors, and is ready to take greater ownership of site delivery.
You will also have the chance to manage smaller projects or defined work packages independently as your capability develops.Responsibilities include:Support Site Supervisors with daily site coordination, planning and sequencing of worksCoordinate trades, subcontractors, deliveries and materials across allocated work packagesMonitor workmanship and progress against plans,



specifications and project timelinesComplete hands‐on construction and general site duties when requiredMaintain a clean, organised, safe and compliant site at all timesIdentify and promptly report quality, safety, access or scheduling issues, while helping drive practical solutionsThe Ideal CandidatePrevious experience as a Leading Hand, senior carpenter or in a similar hands‐on residential construction roleStrong experience in custom homes, high‐end residential construction or detailed building projectsSound knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, plans and quality standardsConfident coordinating trades, managing site priorities and maintaining productivityA proactive, accountable and solutions‐focused approach, with strong attention to detailCurrent White Card and valid Australian driver licence; a relevant trade qualification will be highly regardedStrong physical capacityCompetitive remuneration aligned with your experienceCompany vehicle and phoneExposure to premium custom homes and architecturally designed projectsThe opportunity to work with an experienced, collaborative and quality‐focused teamClear development and career progression opportunities as the business growsModern systems, structured workflows and a professional culture that values craftsmanship and accountabilityPlease note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
