You will assist with daily living, promote independence, and support community access, making a meaningful difference every day.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, medication support, and household dutiesBuild positive, meaningful relationships with customers, tailoring communication to individual needsSupport and participate in activities such as swimming, dance classes, and social outingsSafely operate modified vehicles to transport customers to appointments and community activitiesFollow person-centred plans and support individuals to achieve their goalsMaintain accurate documentation including case notes, timesheets, and incident reportsAbout YouPassionate about supporting people to live fulfilling and independent livesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFlexible, resilient,
