At Wisdom Homes, we're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Cadet to join our team and learn from experienced new homes Sales Consultants.
This role includes weekend work and is based in one of our South-West Sydney display homes (Oran Park, Menangle, and Figtree)This is the perfect opportunity for someone wanting to break into the residential building industry.
No previous new home sales experience is required - we will provide the training,



mentoring and support you to succeed.What you will learn:Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the home buying journeyAssist experienced Sales Consultants with Display HomesLearn our products, home designs and building processBuild confidence in generating and following up sales leadsDevelop strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsGain knowledge and experience to progress into a Sales Associate or ConsultantAttend monthly sales meetings at Head Office or other meetings as requiredAttend different display home locations where requiredWhy Join Wisdom Homes?
