We are currently looking for In-Home Care Support Workers to join our Melbourne West team.

About the Role
You'll provide one-on-one direct support to aged care clients in their homes, helping them achieve their goals while maintaining their independence, dignity and quality of life.
Typical duties may include:
Personal careDomestic assistanceSocial support and community accessMeal preparationTransport to appointments and activities
Most shifts are 2 hours, with longer shifts available depending on client needs.
About You
We're looking for caring, adaptable and dependable people who enjoy making a genuine difference in the lives of others.
Ideally, you'll have:




A Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing and/or Disability) or a related qualificationAvailability Monday to Friday between 6:00 am and 6:00 pmA current driver's licence and reliable vehicleA commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
