ensuring customers continue to receive exceptional service wherever support is needed.
The role requires regular travel between branches and offers plenty of variety, exposure to different teams, and opportunities to develop your banking career.What You'll Be DoingDeliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.Assist customers with everyday banking needs, including transactions, account enquiries and account openings.Identify opportunities to refer customers to specialist banking services.Promote digital banking solutions and support customers to bank with confidence.Support branch operations, cash handling, compliance and security requirements.Travel between branches to provide flexible support and maintain consistent service standards.What You'll BringA genuine passion for customer service and helping people.Solid communication and relationship-building skills.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.The ability to adapt quickly and work effectively across different branch locations and teams.Professionalism, integrity and sound judgement when handling confidential information.Experience in customer service, retail, administration, financial services or a similar customer-facing environment.Banking or financial services experience will be highly regarded.Current Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel between branches.
