At the heart of our success are our people, and we're looking for customer-focused individuals to join our Melbourne Airport team.About the RoleWe are seeking a Part-Time Passenger Service Agent (minimum 20 hours per week) to help deliver a seamless and positive travel experience for passengers.Key responsibilities include:Providing exceptional customer service and curating a positive, memorable experience for our passengersProcessing passenger check-in and boardingVerifying passports and travel documentsAllocating seats and issuing boarding passesAssisting passengers with special needsPerforming boarding gate duties and passenger announcementsEnsuring compliance with safety, security, and airline proceduresAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will:Be available to work a 24/7 rotational roster (essential)Have full and unrestricted working rights in AustraliaHold a current Victorian Driver Licence (minimum P1/P2)Have proven customer service experienceBe reliable, skilled,
