About the roleTru Brands is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Receivable, Payable & Rebate Officer to join our finance team in Bibra Lake, WA.
This is a key position within our accounting department, responsible for managing critical financial operations including the processing and collection of receivables, management of payables, and administration of rebate programmes.
This part-time role offers flexibility whilst maintaining the highest standards of financial accuracy and efficiency.
You will play an important part in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation.Key responsibilitiesProcessing and recording accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payment tracking and reconciliation of customer accountsManaging accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, payment scheduling and vendor account maintenanceAdministering rebate programmes, including calculation, verification and processing of rebate payments to customers and suppliersPerforming regular reconciliations of accounts receivable and payable ledgers to ensure accuracy and identify discrepanciesFollowing up on overdue accounts and assisting with collection efforts in a qualified and timely mannerMaintaining accurate and organised financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirementsPreparing reports and statements related to receivables, payables and rebate activities for management reviewSupporting month-end and year-end closing procedures as requiredLiaising with customers,
