you will be responsible for the safe movement of steel products and materials throughout the site.Key DutiesLoading and unloading trucks using a forkliftAssisting with forklift loading operations within the yardRF scanning and stock control activitiesConducting stock takes and inventory checksSafely handling long-length and oversized steel productsLiaising with warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operationsGeneral yard duties and housekeepingAdhering to all site safety procedures and requirementsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Current LF Forklift LicenceExperience handling steel, timber, piping, or other oversized materialsPrevious experience in a manufacturing, yard, or warehouse environmentRF scanning and stock control experienceAbility to safely manage long and awkward loadsStrong commitment to workplace health and safetyReliable work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Screen
