Due to continued growth, we are looking for a HVAC Audit Technician to join our Melbourne Team

What will you be doing?
Travelling to sites within the Melbournearea to conductsite asset life cycle, condition, risk, and replacement assessments
Collectingkey asset information acrossHVAC & BMS Services.
Auditing individual assets using advanced technology
Conveying collected audit data and key finding s to relevant stakeholders - allowing strategic asset management
Developing relationships and partnering with clients to achieve auditing outcomes.
Identifying opportunities for potential repairs, upgrade works, refurbishments, and recent business

What will you need to join the team?
Trade Qualification - Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration
Hands on experience with repairs, emergency breakdowns and maintenance on a variety of HVAC/BMS assets in commercial backgrounds
Ability to work within a team or autonomously




Awesome communications skills - the ability to build excellent client relationships
Proven track record of deliveringhigh quality outcomes
Intermediate computer skills to use our internally developed programs, as well as Microsoft Office package.
The willingness to learn , as well as contribute your knowledge and skills to the team and company
