I'm working with an creative Adelaide-based technology company building advanced AI capabilities into a large-scale enterprise platform. They're looking for experienced AI professionals with strong software engineering backgrounds to join the team.

/n
5+ years in commercial AI/ML (8+ preferred)

/n
Solid Java software engineering background

/n
Experience with GenAI/LLMs and AI model integration

/n
Mentor junior engineers and deliver production-ready AI solutions

/n
10+ years in software engineering/AI

/n
Experience designing and deploying Generative AI & Agentic AI solutions

/n
Strong background in system architecture, cloud (AWS/GCP)



and enterprise software

/n
Technical leadership, architecture, mentoring and AI strategy

/n
Australian Citizen (NV1 Defence Clearance eligibility)

/n
Solid commercial AI experience

/n
Excellent software engineering fundamentals

/n
Experience delivering AI solutions into production

/n/n

Location: Adelaide (Fully Onsite)

/n

Work Arrangement: Onsite, with occasional flexibility of up to 1 WFH day per week.

/n
