Location – Frankston and/or Thomastown6-Month Fixed Term Position, with possibility to extend subject to fundingPart Time - Either 1 day/fortnight at Frankston, or 1 day/week if covering Frankston and Thomastown.
- AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with postgraduate qualifications or advanced training in Women's Health Physiotherapy.
- Minimum 7 years' experience, with demonstrated competence in pelvic health, antenatal/postnatal Physiotherapy and chronic pain.
- Demonstrated experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Commitment to culturally secure and trauma-informed care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Understanding of social determinants of health and how they impact Aboriginal communities.




- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding patient and practice information.
- Excellent computer literacy skills and time management skills
- Experience working in an Aboriginal Community Controlled setting or with Aboriginal clients.
- Experience in group facilitation and community health education.
- Member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and/or relevant special interest groups.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practice.
