Skillinvest has an chance for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to undertake a School-Based Traineeship with Dunmunkle Lodge in Minyip.
Our apprentice will receive ongoing mentoring and support while gaining hands‐on experience to obtain a 'Certificate II in Horticulture'.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Assist with mowing, edging and general lawn care across school grounds
Support planting, mulching, weeding and pruning in garden beds
Help keep pathways, outdoor spaces and common areas clean and safe
Carry out basic irrigation and watering tasks
Assist with general property maintenance, such as cleaning outdoor facilities and minor repairs under supervision
IS THIS YOU?
Keen interest in working outdoors
Willingness to learn basic groundskeeping and property maintenance skills
Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions and work safely
Physically capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting,



bending and working outdoors in varying weather
Ability to follow instructions and assist where needed
Willing to obtain a Police Check
