About the Role

Our client is a well-established residential and commercial (non EBA) scaffolding company seeking an experienced and motivated Leading Hand Scaffolder. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take charge in office, lead by example, and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality projects with long-term career opportunities.

Your Day-to-Day

Supervise and lead scaffold crews on-site

Liaise with Site Foremen to ensure projects are delivered to client expectations

Ensure all safety and compliance standards are consistently met

Mentor and motivate team members to meet daily schedules

Troubleshoot and resolve in office issues as they arise

What We’re Looking For





Strong experience across all facets of scaffolding, with a focus on Kwikstage & Kwikally systems

Minimum 3 years’ experiencein a Leading Hand or similar supervisory role

Intermediate or Advanced Scaffold Certificate(held for 3+ years)

Current White Card

Solid organisational and time-management skills

Confident written and verbal communication skills

Ability to read, interpret, and modify scaffold plans where required

Ability to draft accurate materials lists

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
