The Hills Shire Council is seeking a Lodgement & Enquiry Officer to join our Customer Service Centre on a permanent part time basis (21 hours per week across Wed, Thu, Fri).
You will process customer transactions, assist with lodgements (tree management, animal, footpath crossing), and provide development advice through in-person, phone, and back-office channels.You will work with a supportive team, with training opportunities and benefits under our EBA, and potential bonus payments.
