Job DescriptionSet between lake, bush and beach on Worimi Country, Myall Shores NRMA Holiday Park offers a peaceful escape in a truly special natural environment.What You'll DoAs a Grounds Attendant, you'll help maintain the park's presentation, safety and amenity.Your day could include:Mowing, whipper snipping and general lawn careGardening, pruning, mulching and weed controlRubbish collection and keeping common areas tidyAssisting with minor maintenance tasks where requiredSetting up and maintaining outdoor areas, BBQs and recreation spacesReporting hazards, damage or maintenance issues promptlyHelping the team prepare the park for busy arrivals and peak periodsYou'll work closely with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure the park consistently looks welcoming and well cared-for.What You'll BringYou'll be a great fit if you:Enjoy practical outdoor work and don't mind getting your hands dirtyHave experience in groundskeeping, gardening, landscaping or general maintenance (holiday parks, resorts, council, or similar)Can confidently and safely use tools and equipment such as mowers and whipper snippers (training provided where required)Are safety-conscious and follow WHS guidelinesAre reliable, punctual and able to work without constant supervisionAre physically fit and comfortable working on your feet in wide-ranging weatherAre available for weekends,



public holidays and school holiday periodsA driver's licence and any relevant tickets/qualifications (e.g. chemical handling, chainsaw) are an advantage but not essential.What's in it for you?
