coaching and operational support.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders while acting as the link between your centres and the wider business.About YouYou're an experienced multi-site leader who enjoys developing people just as much as delivering results.You'll bring:3+ years' experience leading multiple sites as an Area Manager, Regional Manager or similar.Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to improve occupancy, financial performance and operational outcomes.A coaching mindset with the ability to develop high-performing leaders and teams.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.A collaborative leadership style with a passion for continuous improvement.Highly regarded:Experience within the early childhood education sector.Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and state regulatory requirements.Experience supporting acquisitions or large-scale business improvement initiatives.What's on Offer?
