Windermere's Redress Support Service provides a trauma informed response to victim survivors of institutional child sexual abuse.
Our Redress Support Workers provide statewide support via telehealth and sometimes outreach to Southern and Eastern Metropolitan Melbourne and East Gippsland (case-by-case basis and dependant on capacity at the time) andis a pathway to information, advice, an assessment of needs, and referral for ongoing Redress support and other services as required.
Victim survivors may be referred for ongoing Redress Support to the funded Redress Support Services across Victoria, or internally to Windermere Redress Support Workers according to capacity.This position is perfectly suited for candidates with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a trauma related program or similar field.This a full-time fixed term role until June ****.The salary will range from $105,622 to $110,407.
As Windermere is a not-for-profit organisation,



employees are able to claim everyday living expenses up to $15,900 against their annual Pre-Tax Salary.E.g.
