About the Role:We're looking for a reliable and motivated garden maintenance team member to join us on a casual basis.
Whether you're an experienced gardener seeking versatile work or a subcontractor looking for consistent jobs to fill your schedule, we'd love to hear from you.This role offers genuine flexibility.
Starting with a minimum of three days per week, with additional days available as our schedule grows.
There's also real opportunity to take on more regular work as the business expands.Each day typically begins from our Kew base, though we're happy for you to meet us directly on site when it suits.
If you're using your own vehicle to travel between jobs, km's will be reimbursed.Key ResponsibilitiesLawn mowing, edging, and weedingPruning and hedge trimmingPlanting, mulching, and general garden maintenanceSafe operation and basic maintenance of gardening tools and equipmentLeaving each site tidy and presentableAbout YouMinimum 2 years of hands-on garden maintenance experience (preferred)Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their workPhysically fit and comfortable with outdoor manual labour in all weather conditionsHold a valid driver's licence and have access to your own vehicle.
