About the Role
You will deliver person-centred, trauma-informed support to participants with complex needs, including:
Trauma and family violenceDrug and alcohol challengesBehaviours of concernHigh physical care requirements
This role requires confidence, experience, and compassion, working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily living support (personal care, meals, household tasks)Deliver complex care, including:Bowel care (digital stimulation, stoma care)Catheter managementSupport community access and social engagementMaintain accurate progress notes and documentationFollow NDIS, safety, and compliance standards
About You




Certificate III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or similar (essential)Proven experience with complex participants & behaviours of concern (essential)Experience with high physical care needs (essential)Solid communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, adaptable, and able to work independentlyProvide personal care this includes assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and daily living support to participants in their homes or care settings, helping them maintain comfort, safety, and independence.
Availability required:
Day, afternoon, weekend shiftsActive & inactive overnight shifts

Requirements
Current driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive insuranceNDIS Worker Screening CheckWorking With Children CheckCurrent Police CheckCurrent First Aid & CPR certificateAustralian working rightsCapable and willing to assist participants with personal care activities as requiredCertificate III in Individual Support (or higher)
Desirable
Trauma-informed practice experienceExperience working with indigenous communities
