Fulltime permanent position with demonstrated career growth located in Coolaroo12-hour rotating roster (4 on, 4 off - days & nights) with scheduled leave included every 7 weeksStructured training, stable income and long-term career developmentReporting to the Shift Foreman, you will be involved in operating, monitoring and maintaining large-scale machinery in a continuous manufacturing environment.
This is a hands‐on role where you'll develop strong technical skills over time, supported by a structured training program.What You Will Do:Operate and monitor the paper machine to meet safety, quality and production targetsTroubleshoot faults and support resolving equipment issues to minimise downtimeCarry out routine machine checks and assist with preventative maintenance activitiesMaintain high standards of safety, housekeeping and environmental complianceWork collaboratively within a team and contribute to continuous improvement initiativeWhat You Will Bring to the Team:Strong reliability and commitment – you show up, take ownership and follow throughA positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn and develop new skillsMechanical aptitude or an interest in understanding how machinery worksExperience in a manufacturing, industrial, trades or hands‐on workplace is highly regardedTrade or technical qualifications are advantageous, but not essentialComfortable working a 12-hour rotating roster (4 on, 4 off - days and nights)Able to work in a physically active,
