Our Truganina site is a highly automated, industry-leading food manufacturing facility, and we're looking for an Industrial Electrician who wants to contribute beyond the tools - someone driven to improve systems, strengthen reliability, and be part of a proactive maintenance culture.What You'll Do:Drive reliability outcomes across a highly automated production environmentExecute and enhance preventative and predictive maintenance strategiesTroubleshoot and resolve electrical and control system faults with urgency and precisionPartner with mechanical trades and production teams to maximise plant uptimeContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that lift performance, safety and efficiencyTake ownership of your work and actively support team KPIsThis is not a reactive breakdown role this is about building reliability, strengthening systems,
