This is a hands‐on role suited to someone with solid experience in compensation and benefits who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and partnering with stakeholders.You will play a key role in delivering and maintaining our reward programs across Australia, ensuring our pay and benefits are competitive, compliant and aligned to business needs.This role can be based in Melbourne or Perth, with a flexible hybrid working model.What you'll be doingSupport and deliver annual salary and bonus review processesMonitor and apply updates to wages, awards and employment conditionsEnsure compliance with Australian employment legislation and internal standardsPartner with HR, Finance and Payroll to deliver fair and consistent outcomesMaintain salary structures and support market benchmarking activitiesProvide advice on remuneration for new hires and internal movementsAnalyse pay data to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunitiesContribute to gender equity, compensation and benefits reporting and compliance requirementsMaintain reward policies, processes and documentationQualificationsWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent3-5 years' experience working in a dedicated remuneration,



rewards or compensation roleStrong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and pay practicesExperience supporting salary reviews, bonus cycles or job evaluationsStrong Excel skills and confidence working with HR systemsExperience with BI tools (Power BI) and HR analytics (desirable)Experience using market salary data to inform decisions (Willis Towers Watson highly desired)High attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive informationStrong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearlyA proactive and collaborative approachAdditional InformationWHY WORK FOR SGS?
