JP Flynn Builders performs repair building work on homes on behalf of many of Australia's largest insurance companies and is well-respected in the industry.
The company has a proud history spanning in excess of 35 years and now has the chance for a Construction Supervisor to join the team, managing a Melbourne territory, based in northern suburbs.Reporting to the Area Manager, you will schedule, coordinate and lead teams of trades on multiple repair building jobs.
You will build excellent rapport with your team, and also with the insured, to work towards positive outcomes delivered for all parties in a timely manner.




You will also liaise with the company's office staff and management team to ensure there is clear communication and all stakeholders are kept well-informed.What you bring:Supervisory experience gained in the insurance building /residential construction sectorStrong supervision, and project management skillsGreat communication and a self-driven mindsetAbility to lead teams and deliver quality workProficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Prime a bonus)Why JP Flynn Builders?
