targeting and winning new commercial clients through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals and tendersManaging the full sales cycle end-to‐end — from lead generation through to scoping, proposal, negotiation and closeLeveraging your existing industry network to build the client baseAccurately recording and managing all leads, opportunities and client activity within the company CRMDeveloping tailored proposals and pricing in conjunction with operations and managementRepresenting the business at client meetings, site visits and industry eventsWorking closely with operational teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery of won contractsTo be considered for this role:Demonstrated business development experience within commercial cleaning (highly regarded) or the facilities management or restoration industriesA proven track record of generating recent business and building a strong sales pipelineAn established client network and the ability to bring new business across to the organisationStrong experience using CRM systems to manage leads, opportunities and reportingExcellent relationship-building, negotiation and closing skillsSelf‐motivated and autonomous, with the drive to own a national new-business functionWillingness to travel interstate as required to develop clients across VIC, NSW and QLDCurrent driver's licenceFull Australian working rights
