You'll be building product yourself while also managing the factory's day-to-day operations, including:Low-voltage Power Factor Correction (PFC) systemsActive Harmonic Filters (AHF)



and Static Var Generators (SVG)Wiring and mechanical assembly based on detailed electrical schematicsCopper busbar fabrication and layoutFactory management:Organising and overseeing daily factory operationsCoordinating and supervising production staffManaging stock levels and ordering materialsPlanning and meeting production schedulesDriving continuous improvement across the factory floorNote: Specific product training will be provided – prior experience with PFC, AHF or SVG systems is not required.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in electrical switchboard building or similar fitting rolesPrevious experience supervising or managing a small team, ideally in a manufacturing or factory settingConfident using hand and power toolsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematicsStrong organisational skills and the ability to plan production workflowHigh attention to detail and solid work ethicTeam player with a proactive, hands-on leadership styleCurrent driver's licence and reliable transportWhat We OfferLocally based role – no interstate travelStable, full-time position with long-term potentialOpportunity to work on innovative and custom-built systemsClean, well-organised factory with on-site parkingSupportive and down-to-earth team environmentTraining and development opportunities to grow your skill set
