About the position

We are seeking a reliable and hands‑on Machine Operator to join our Bag Converting Production team.

You will be working in climate-controlled cleanroom.

Manufacturing experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Applicants must have correct approvals to work in Australia.

What You'll Be Doing
Set up and operate bag-making machinery
General production labour including packing and palletising
Perform manual handling of materials and components
Complete basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance




Accurate record keeping for production and HACCP
Conduct quality checks and report issues
Maintain housekeeping standards in line with HACCP and OHS requirements

What We're Looking For
Reliable and punctual
Physically capable of manual handling tasks
Ability to perform medium lifting up to 20kg as required for manual handling tasks
Solid attention to detail
Valuable written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow procedures and production instructions
Conscientious and positive attitude with strong work ethic including reliability
Experience in manufacturing or production (preferred)
Mechanical aptitude (advantageous)
You must have full working rights in Australia
