Part-time - 4.5 days per weekMonday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and a half day on SaturdayYou will have a regular day off on TuesdayAt CPAP Victoria we are focused on improving quality of life for people affected by chronic snoring and obstructive sleep apnea.
We are a leading provider of professional Snoring and Sleep Apnea services.
We work in small teams in clinics to deliver one on one support to patients by providing specialised CPAP therapy equipment & ongoing support services.
We educate and support patients on their CPAP journey.We have a fabulous team spread across 16 clinics throughout Victoria.
Our business is thriving and we are looking for a committed CPAP Consultant to join us on a part-time basis working 4.5 days a week from 9am to 5pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and from 9am to 1pm on a Saturday.
These hours will be worked within our Geelong clinic.Role Responsibilities:Consulting/Patient EducationProviding advice, education and services for sleep patients both face to face & over the telephoneProviding CPAP set-ups, ongoing service and equipment according to a Physician's prescriptionReporting to referring physicians, hospitals and medical service providersRetailOver the counter sale of products and servicesProcessing online orders, invoicing & general administrationOrdering & unpacking stockClinic MaintenanceMaintaining clinic equipmentSterilising equipmentMaintaining an immaculate clinic and consulting areaAnd don't worry, we'll train you to do it all!
You will work as part of a small team at clinic level and also have daily contact by phone across our 16 clinics.




You will work autonomously with patients.
This job is varied and provides a good balance of consulting, moving around the clinic, phone and face to face patient contact.Qualifications:We look for colleagues who fit into our team, are ethical and empathetic and patient focused.
You'll need a strong work ethic because we work hard together.You don't need to be experienced in CPAP but you'll definitely need:A passion for helping othersExcellent problem-solving skillsA compassionate and professional mannerConfidence with computers and technologyA high level of customer service skillsPrevious experience working within a sleep related role or roles that have a patient care focus is helpful but not essential.
