We are currently expanding our technical services team in Melbourne and are seeking two casual technicians to provide onsite AV support at major university campuses.This role is service-focused rather than installation-based.
You will be responsible for maintaining system functionality, responding to technical issues, and ensuring teaching spaces remain fully operational.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite AV technical support across lecture theatres, classrooms and meeting spacesWork collaboratively with university IT departments to diagnose and resolve system faultsTroubleshoot control systems, displays, projectors, audio systems and conferencing equipmentPerform routine system checks and preventative maintenanceLog service activities and provide explicit documentation of issues and resolutionsMaintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with academic and IT staffEscalate complex technical issues where requiredAbout YouExperience in AV support,
