About the role

In this inbound customer service role, you will deliver high-level, personalised assistance to help customers with warranties and order enquiries. This service-oriented position involves building rapport with customers and providing award-winning support.

The role operates on a rotating roster, Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8:30am and 7:00pm. There may also be the occasional Saturday shift, which will attract applicable penalty rates. Your total working hours will average 37.5 hours per week.

What You'll Be Doing
Deliver an exceptional experience by engaging with customers to identify their needs
Offer solutions that best meet customer needs
Answer all calls and emails to sales support in a polite, friendly, timely and qualified manner




Provide warranty details as requested
Manage and be responsible for the inbox
Provide reports as requested
Manage any customer return and credit requests
Update customers on any changes in a timely manner

About You
Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A positive, proactive attitude and solid problem-solving ability
The ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy workplace
Intermediate computer skills
Experience using SAP (highly regarded but not essential)
