Kincaid Properties is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team. You'll be the face of our properties — meeting prospective renters, securing quality tenants, and playing a key part in the leasing process from first inspection to signed lease.

The hours

Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00am–5:30pm, with a rotating Saturday roster.

What you'll be doing
Conducting open for inspections for prospective renters
Engaging with applicants to assess suitability and verify references
Processing and approving applications alongside the Property Management team
Managing renter enquiries and coordinating inspections and access
Completing detailed,



accurate ingoing condition reports and routine inspection reports
Handling renter enquiries through realestate.com.au
