Lifes Positive Services and Supports is seeking a part time Support Worker to assist clients with daily living activities and support independence in aged and disability care. You will provide personal care, meal prep and household tasks while monitoring wellbeing and collaborating with the care team.
The role requires a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent preferred) and a valid driver's licence. Police check is mandatory. Adaptable scheduling including weekends is expected.
