Australian Quality Condiments (AQC) is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our in office team in Melbourne. This is a hands-on role on the production floor, ensuring operations run safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
You will coach staff, manage daily production, drive continuous improvement, and uphold Food Safety, GMP and HACCP requirements. We offer a four-day week (Monday–Thursday) with Fridays off and a permanent full time position after probation.
