We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and commercially minded Finance Manager to join a reliable, family-owned business for the long term.

We need an all-rounder who can confidently manage everything from budgets and BAS through to payroll, compliance, aged receivables, reporting, and financial operations.This role would suit a Management Accountant, Senior Finance Officer, or experienced Finance Manager who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and taking ownership.What is on Offer?

superannuation and leave liabilitiesPreparation of BAS, statutory reporting and financial compliance obligationsMonthly financial reporting and analysisBudget preparation, forecasting and financial planningCash flow management and monitoring business performance against budgetsReviewing customer credit applications and financial riskMaintaining financial systems and identifying process improvements Supporting leadership with financial insights and business decision-making Managing terms of business, supplier payments and financial controlsAbout You:Meticulous attention to detail with high levels of accuracyStrong commercial acumen and ability to interpret financial dataTenacity and confidence managing overdue accounts and collectionsExperience across payroll, BAS, budgets, reporting and complianceAbility to work autonomously and take ownershipStrong systems capability and process improvement mindsetCommitment to building a long-term career with one businessRelevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance or similarExperience in a similar broad finance roleMust have full working rights in Australia with demonstrated work experience.We are seeking someone who is looking for more than just their next job.
