Our large, bright, and well-established service in Maribyrnong is expanding its team to provide more spaces for children and families.Summary:We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join the team at our Maribyrnong centre.
The successful candidates will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can learn and grow.
Educators will work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.We have positions available across all age groups for Educators of all experience levels and qualifications who are excited to help create beautiful spaces for children and families.About You:We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the Early Childhood industry and can engage children in inspiring Montessori learning environments.
Full training will be provided, and every educator will have the chance to join our unique Montessori Training Program, where you will gain all the skills and knowledge you need—and more!
Responsibilities:Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and programs for young childrenCreate a safe and welcoming environment that promotes learning and explorationObserve and assess children's development and progress, and communicate regularly with parents and caregiversCollaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to support children's individual needsMaintain accurate records and documentation of children's progress and developmentYou will be fun, energetic, friendly, motivated,
