Your Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Act as the key advisor to a diverse portfolio of SMEs,



delivering proactive business advisory and tax solutions.
Technical Compliance: Prepare and review complex tax returns (DIV7A, PSI, DNCL, FBT) and annual financial statements.
Strategic Advisory: Analyze financial data and advise business owners on budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and structural planning.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to intermediate/junior staff, fostering a team-oriented, high-performing setting.

What You Need to Succeed:
Experience: 5+ years’ experience in Australian Public Practice.
Qualifications: CA/CPA qualified or close to completion.
Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and automated workpaper systems.
