office-based role in Yatala.Annual Salary $65K - $70K + Super.What You'll Be Doing:Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising through to offer stage.Coordinating onboarding and induction programs.Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.Supporting managers with HR-related enquiries.Assisting with HR projects and general administration.Providing reception support when required.What You'll Need:Previous recruitment, administration or customer service experienceStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsA proactive attitude and willingness to learnA genuine interest in Human ResourcesHighly Regarded:Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred.Experience with HRIS and Time & Attendance systemsWho We're Looking For:You are a motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people.Whether you're a recent graduate or looking to take the next step in your HR career, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your recruitment and HR experience.
